You must be at least 13 years old to use Muno Brief. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using Muno Brief on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@munobrief.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use Muno Brief to:

• Forward content you do not have permission to access, process, or route into the service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt our systems

5. Your Content and AI-Assisted Briefs

You retain ownership of any emails and content you forward to Muno Brief. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process that content for operating the service, including ingestion, storage, security, support, and AI-assisted brief generation. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Briefs are generated with AI assistance from the source material you provide. They may contain mistakes, omissions, or imperfect synthesis. Muno Brief is intended as a first-pass intelligence workflow, not a substitute for professional advice or verification. You should review original sources before relying on a brief for important decisions.

6. Privacy
