3. Email Content

Emails you forward to Muno Brief are processed automatically to produce your brief. We treat this content as private and confidential. It is not read by employees except in cases where you request support, investigate abuse, or maintain the service. We may process forwarded content through trusted service providers for hosting, storage, email handling, security, billing, and AI-assisted synthesis. We do not sell forwarded content, share it for third-party marketing, or use it to train public AI models.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and forwarded email content will be removed within 30 days. Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained longer for service improvement purposes.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and abuse prevention systems. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we are committed to protecting your information to the best of our ability.
