Zoho Mail forwarding setup
Create a forwarding filter in Zoho Mail and complete any address verification step if Zoho requires it.
Important
If Zoho requests forwarding verification, finish that step before expecting the filter to send mail.
We recommend completing forwarding and rule setup on desktop. Some providers do not expose these controls in their mobile apps.
1. Verification may be required
- Open Zoho Mail Settings, then Filters.
- Start a new filter and watch for any forwarding-address verification prompt.
- Complete verification if Zoho requests it.
2. Build the first filter
- Click New Filter.
- Add a condition such as "Sender contains".
- Choose Forward to as the action.
- Enter your Muno Brief forwarding address.
- Save the filter after any required verification step is complete.
Strong first filters
- Use a single sender for the first pass.
- Confirm the first rule works before adding OR conditions or multiple senders.
- Keep the test focused on a predictable weekly or daily newsletter.
Notes
- Some Zoho setups verify external forwarding destinations before allowing the rule to run.
- If a code or confirmation step appears, finish it before troubleshooting the filter logic.
